1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We accept returns or exchange claims within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, leaked, or broken upon arrival.
  • You received an incorrect item different from your order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

Due to personal hygiene and health safety standards for cosmetic products:

  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Return claims submitted after 7 days of package delivery will not be processed.

3. How to Claim a Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Take a clear photo or short unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • Step 2: Contact us via WhatsApp or email at info@maalemherbals.com with your Order ID.
  • Step 3: Once verified, we will dispatch a fresh replacement parcel within 3–5 working days.
