  • Nationwide Standard Shipping: Flat PKR 200 on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Free Delivery Offer: Get FREE SHIPPING on all orders worth PKR 3,000 or more!

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Other Cities & Suburbs: 3 to 5 business days.

3. Order Dispatch & Verification

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched on the same day. Our team may send a WhatsApp message or place a quick verification call before shipping your order.

4. Parcel Inspection

Please inspect the package carefully upon arrival. If the parcel seal is broken or packaging is damaged, do not accept the parcel and inform our customer care team immediately via WhatsApp or email at info@maalemherbals.com.
